Project Description:

This project was presented to us as an opportunity to develop some really useful business tools. On the outside, the site is like many others, offering content related to products and services that the business offers. On the inside however, TAO Designs built a ticketing system for company technicians to log time against clients and for the clients to track time logged against them. Couple this with a series of administrative reports that allows administrators to quickly pull out relevant data and you've got yourself a highly functional site. The site also will allow people to purchase training and help desk videos that they can view to solve problems they might be encountering in the computer software areas.

Project Features:

• Content Management System: This site is based on a platform called Drupal, which allows users and staff without web design experience to easily update most content. Many tools are at their disposal including text editors, file uploading and more.

• E-Commerce: secure cart and checkout system allows users to purchase videos.

• Ticketing System: Tracks time, categories of work, issue status, etc for both the company and its clients.
